    Faulty or Damaged Items

    We accept returns for faulty or damaged items only. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos of the damage or fault

    We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

    What We Don't Accept

    We are unable to accept returns for:

    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect sizing (please check our size guide before ordering)
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

    Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your faulty item for a refund and place a new order.

    Return Shipping

    For faulty or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

    Items returned without prior authorisation may not be processed.
